Our New Facility
Construction Begins ...
Construction began on Maxwell’s House in the Spring of 2014, and we hosted our Grand Opening Open House on February 28, 2015.
We built a 4,200 square foot, indoor facility featuring 28 suites for canine guests and 3 suites for feline friends. Our building features a commercial HVAC system to keep our guests comfortable year round. A high-end central sanitation system featuring a wet/dry vacuum is utilized daily with veterinarian approved disinfectant to ensure the utmost in cleanliness.
The Outdoor Fenced Areas
There are two outdoor enclosures for your pets to enjoy. One area features eight foot fencing and another has six foot fencing, totaling 900 square feet. These areas were constructed with both safety and security in mind, allowing our guests to enjoy the fresh air (and do their business). Outdoor areas are lined in pea gravel and sanitized and disinfected daily.
Cage-Free Boarding Suites
When Boarding Your Pet, our state-of-the art, comfortable accommodations feature like-home flooring, bedding, and atmosphere. Each suite has a standard, windowed door. There are no chain-link fences or kennel-style glass enclosures. Each suite features raised bedding and blankets to keep our guests comfortable during their stay.
Suites come in three sizes; small, standard, and deluxe. Small suites are recommended for our smallest guests (under 40 pounds). Standard and deluxe suites are both generously roomy, providing comfort and security for your pet. Deluxe suites also feature flat-screen TVs, streaming DogTV 24/7. DogTV is endorsed by the Humane Society of the United States and helps boarders with confidence, making it less likely they’ll develop stress, separation anxiety, or other related problems. Guests in deluxe suites also receive a complimentary nail trim. Guests staying in deluxe suites for at least two nights receive a complimentary bath, bandana, and cologne.
For our "purr-fect" friends ...
Our 3, three-story cat condos feature comfortable carpeting and a special litter box area for privacy. Our condos are 20 square feet and provide ample room for play and relaxation.
Indoor Play Area
For our Day Care clients and those who add group play to their stay, our indoor play ensures safe and fun interaction. The 500 square foot play area is surrounded by four foot fencing with gate enclosures. The flooring is rubber padded for added comfort and shock absorption.
Your dog will reap the benefits of interaction, play time, exercise, and socialization in our indoor play area.
Three-Phase Grooming Area
Our award-winning Grooming Services are completed in three phases and rooms. Our wash room features a hydraulic tub with a shampoo system. Each client is serviced one at a time in our cutting room and is always supervised by staff. Our drying suite is spacious and comfortable.
Grooming clients do not wait in crates for services or pick up, and we do not utilize cage dryers.
We proudly carry SPA by TropiClean; natural, high-quality, and sourced in the USA, and products made by FURminator. Oatmeal Hypoallergenic, White Coat, & Medicated Shampoos are also available.
